Jerky people? Mmmm... smoked people meat, but no! This isn't what I'm ranting about. Although jerky is quite possibly the tastiest snack known to man!

I'm real ticked off because my car's window got smashed tonight and nothing was stolen except the godamn car battery. LAME! They could have at least nicked the thing, I could do with a new ride. But no, they just smashed my window and ran off with the battery. Now I've got to replace both myself because it's all probably under my insurance excess and it's so not worth losing the no claims bonus of about 45% for a $100 claim (on top of the $400 excess).

No idea who did it, but probably some wankers who live up the road from my boyfriend. They suck and if I ever find out who did it they can expect a world of pain to be visited upon them.

I can't actually afford to pay for the damage so I'm feeling real bad that my boyfriend has to offer. He's so sweet about it all but I feel like a total loser having to borrow money. I'm sure my parents can help out instead of him. I'm grateful he's in a position and willing to help, but I'm not one to ask for it and feel guilty when I do.

They didn't even take my kick arse stereo or mp3 player and usb harddrive that I use with it. So I guess I'm grateful there but in reality it just pisses me off more that they caused so much damage just for a $100 battery.

My boyfriends house mates spotted the broken window so I went out and checked. They were really nice, letting me use their phone to ring the police and offering to help me put the car in the garage.

So in summary, some people suck and some people are awesome! And you never realise and appreciate the difference until it's crunch time.
